Omni Arena provides an excellent sales channel for Omni One. Omni Arena’s large community of registered players (already 300,000 accounts and growing rapidly) are all potential Omni One customers. And for demoing Omni One, we don’t need to build an expensive chain of retail locations. Our 70+ Omni Arena locations nationwide offer a convenient way for people interested in Omni One to try out the Omni experience.
We’ve already accumulated a waitlist of over 35,000 potential customers interested in Omni One. Every week, 250-300 more subscribers join the Omni One waitlist with little marketing.
“We aim to bring our popular gaming experience to millions of homes around the world.”
Management team and advisory board bring over 100 years of gaming and hardware industry experience at notable businesses including Activision, Dave & Busters, and Guitar Hero.
Investors get to skip the line and order Omni One before it goes on sale to the general public. We’re currently shipping beta units to our investor community. Given that over 900 investors have now applied to buy beta units, the beta program will extend well into the second half of 2023. Quantities available to beta customers will start small and gradually increase as the beta program proceeds. We aim to start delivering general-release units to investors in Q4 of this year.
We will contact you when it’s your time to order a unit (ahead of the general public). At that time, you’ll also receive a discount code that you can apply upon checkout.
Omni One’s introductory price is $2,595 + shipping. A monthly payment plan option will be available for as low as $65/month.
While we haven’t finalized shipping details yet, we estimate that shipping will cost in the range of $200 for doorstep delivery in the continental U.S. Additional, higher-cost options will be available, including a white-glove delivery service that includes setup of your unit.
Omni One deliveries will start in the U.S. We will expand internationally when we are ready to support our international customers (not until 2024 or later).
Our main competitor is KAT VR, a Chinese company. They don't offer a complete system like Omni One; rather, they sell their omni-directional treadmill as a peripheral that they claim to be compatible with all existing VR headsets and games. Another competing omni-directional treadmill is Infinadeck. This is a large, motorized device for commercial use that costs about $60,000.
Yes, Omni One will support a PC connection to play PC-based games via SteamVR and any VR headset that’s compatible with PC. This mode will require some tinkering and won’t provide a seamless user experience.

Omni One accommodates users from 4’4” to 6’4” in height (132 to 192 cm), and up to 250 lbs (113 kg).
Yes, perks earned in this campaign can be combined with any perks earned in the 2020-2021 SeedInvest campaign. For example, if you earned a 20% discount in the prior campaign and invest $1,000 in this campaign (qualifying for another 30% discount), then your total discount on Omni One will be 50%.
Regulation CF allows investors to invest in startups and early-growth companies. This is different from helping a company raise money on Kickstarter; with Regulation CF Offerings, you aren’t buying products or merchandise - you are buying a piece of a company and helping it grow.
Accredited investors can invest as much as they want. But if you are NOT an accredited investor, your investment limit depends on either your annual income or net worth, whichever is greater. If the number is less than $124,000, you can only invest 5% of it. If both are greater than $124,000 then your investment limit is 10%.
To calculate your net worth, just add up all of your assets and subtract all of your liabilities (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence). The resulting sum is your net worth.
We cannot give tax advice, and we encourage you to talk with your accountant or tax advisor before making an investment.
Individuals over 18 years of age can invest.
There will always be some risk involved when investing in a startup or small business. And the earlier you get in the more risk that is usually present. If a young company goes out of business, your ownership interest could lose all value. You may have limited voting power to direct the company due to dilution over time. You may also have to wait about five to seven years (if ever) for an exit via acquisition, IPO, etc. Because early-stage companies are still in the process of perfecting their products, services, and business model, nothing is guaranteed. That’s why startups should only be part of a more balanced, overall investment portfolio.
The Common Stock (the "Shares") of Virtuix Holdings Inc. (the "Company") are not publicly-traded. As a result, the shares cannot be easily traded or sold. As an investor in a private company, you typically look to receive a return on your investment under the following scenarios: The Company gets acquired by another company. The Company goes public (makes an initial public offering). In those instances, you receive your pro-rata share of the distributions that occur, in the case of acquisition, or you can sell your shares on an exchange. These are both considered long-term exits, taking approximately 5-10 years (and often longer) to see the possibility for an exit. It can sometimes take years to build companies. Sometimes there will not be any return, as a result of business failure.
Shares sold via Regulation Crowdfunding offerings have a one-year lockup period before those shares can be sold under certain conditions.

At a minimum, the company will be filing with the SEC and posting on its website an annual report, along with certified financial statements. Those should be available 120 days after the fiscal year end. If the company meets a reporting exception, or eventually has to file more reported information to the SEC, the reporting described above may end. If these reports end, you may not continually have current financial information about the company.
Once an offering ends, the company may continue its relationship with DealMaker Securities for additional offerings in the future. DealMaker Securities’ affiliates may also provide ongoing services to the company. There is no guarantee any services will continue after the offering ends.
